A TRUE STORY FROM ONE VERY GOOD TANK
THE LEGEND OF MR. SUE

The Struggle

Mr. Sue is a lionhead goldfish born with severe buoyancy and balance issues. His swim bladder never got the memo, so instead of gliding like other fish, he'd tip, wobble, and sink to the bottom of the tank. Swimming — the one thing a fish is supposed to do — just wasn't in the cards.

The Wheelchair

His owner refused to give up on him. With a little tubing, a soft harness, and a whole lot of love, they built Mr. Sue a tiny custom wheelchair — a gentle support rig that holds him upright and lets him cruise the tank floor in comfort. Suddenly, the little guy could get around again.

The Legend

The internet found him, and millions of hearts melted at once. Mr. Sue became living proof that no one is too small to be worth the effort. Now he rolls on as a symbol of compassion, creativity, and never leaving a homie behind — not even a wobbly one.

“HE DIDN’T LEARN TO SWIM.
THE WORLD LEARNED TO CARE.”
